From where I am writing to you, winter has arrived with freezing mornings and a thermal sensation that cannot surpass zero Celsius degrees. It is cold<\/em>. And the cold manages to penetrate your body thanks to the strong and constant wind that hits your face when you lock the door and begin a new day. It makes you feel your bones; it wakes you up and makes you feel alive.<\/p>\n The one way<\/em> direction and perseverance<\/strong> of the wind, is a characteristic that begins here in Santa Rosa, La Pampa, and extends towards the south through the entire Patagonia<\/em>.
