{"id":1468,"date":"2013-01-14T21:48:50","date_gmt":"2013-01-15T00:48:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ploff.net\/?p=1468"},"modified":"2013-01-14T21:48:50","modified_gmt":"2013-01-15T00:48:50","slug":"boletin-consciente-n-88","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ploff.net\/en\/boletin-consciente-n-88\/","title":{"rendered":"Bolet\u00edn Consciente N\u00b0 88"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">A re-combination of thoughts\u2019 fragments:<\/span> the ecologist role, isn\u2019t it \u2013<i>in essence<\/i>&#8211; the role of every human being?<\/p>\n<p>Last Saturday I was invited to spend the afternoon <i>on air<\/i> in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/absurda.sobremesa?fref=ts\">\u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Absurda Sobremesa<\/span><i>\u201d<\/i> <\/a>(<b><i>absurd table talk<\/i><\/b>) a radio program of Santa Rosa. \u00a0A potpourri of issues, dealt with good vibes, sarcasm and, if necessary, moral seriousness. A radio program with many voices, fused together in one voice for the listener who is looking forward to get out of the tupperware.<\/p>\n<p>We sketched doable possible changes to modify the system, we talked about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/groups\/477323632320055\/?fref=ts \"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Critical Mass taken forward in La Pampa<\/span><\/a> and how this global movement will go on with our bikes\u2026<\/p>\n<p>We sketched, I say,\u00a0 because each issue we grazed invited never-ending debates and thoughts that, if boarded, the listener would get bored \u2013<i>maybe he only wanted a sensationalist piece of data to go on with his routine<\/i>&#8211; or worse, he is afraid from the truth, of knowing too much\u2026 It is time we start talking about these things, no matter how <i>absurd<\/i> our conversation seems in our <i>table talks<\/i> with friends and family.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Voice of the voiceless\" src=\"https:\/\/ploff.net\/beta\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/BA-88-VOICE-OF-THE-VOICELESS.jpg\" width=\"386\" height=\"257\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Miguel, Charly, Marcos and the rest of the crew, are in charge of sustaining the voice of consciousness alive.<\/p>\n<p>One of them felt that as the Critical Mass lacked a defined ideology, or institutionalized structure or identification with a political party, he did not feel like participating in it, because he saw it as an altruist act, with no specific objective, trivial, abstract. It lacked identification, a label, a definition with words.<\/p>\n<p>I suggested that both the Critical Mass and any type of pro-environmental change in our actions transcended all words, because it is not centralized in <i>how you do it<\/i>, but acts directly chasing an objective and your everyday decision making is easy, because the <i>objective of change <\/i>is clear.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<i>Innaction is a weapon of mass destruction\u201d<\/i> says a Faithless\u2019 lyric.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Un auto menos\" src=\"https:\/\/ploff.net\/beta\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/BA-88-1-AUTO-MENOS.jpg\" width=\"576\" height=\"384\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thus, one <b>is<\/b>,indeed, participating actively in favor of sustainability when going out on bike massively, because, <i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">afterwards<\/span>,<\/i> you go home and linger on thoughts regarding that \u201cunlabeled\u201d act which you were part of, and <i>now yes<\/i>, just like a germinating seed, a personal identification rises, the integration of lived emotions with our own daily living, with our professional career, our arts and social understandings.<\/p>\n<p>And so, the guy that works in a bookstore will suddenly feel an urge to relocate environmental books in the display window; the journalist will want to include info on the environment and <a href=\"https:\/\/ploff.net\/en\/2011\/06\/boletin-consciente-n%C2%B0-9\/\"><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">how we are squeezing it all up<\/span><\/i><\/a>; the traffic officer will stop giving tickets to everyone for bad parking (he will finally understand that the function he was given to perform is a stupid intention to mitigate the amount of cars sold to everyone as a symbol of social status: <i>of course, we were the ones who swallowed all the publicity<\/i>) and starts penalizing those whose exhaust pipes are broken and make noise and contaminate the air.<\/p>\n<p>The conclusion: we all end up being potential main characters of change. We all feel the need of changing our way of living. Besides the fact that a biological symbiosis exists between humans and nature, we need to reach a mental symbiosis, tame the rational part of our society; that which ran away while manufacturing and selling\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"Eco Role\" src=\"https:\/\/ploff.net\/beta\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/BA-88-el-amor-por-los-animales-fuente-blog-la-burbuja-transparente.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"289\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In an article titled <a href=\" https:\/\/ploff.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/BA-88-El-rol-del-ec\u00f3logo-ante-la-crisis-ambiental-atual-Diego-Gurvich.pdf\">\u201c<i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The ecologist role before the current environmental crises<\/span><\/i>\u201d<\/a> of Diego Gurvich, the author proposes that anyone who investigates the environment must <i>acquire a more active role within popular science and demand specific policies<\/i>, and argues that <i>the voice of a community as a whole has more weight and credibility than separate individuals.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Hence, if we all form part of the same environment, it is everyone\u2019s responsibility to represent and defend it\u2026 it is here where the true sense of not belonging to any political party, nor religion, nor social sector appears\u2026 because the environmental claim transcends all that&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A very special person told me recently that <b>those who have no labels attached have their own label<\/b>, which is consistent with that vision of reality that forms a mosaic of all the personalities that transform, live and defend the planet.
