A friend of mine, Lucila, sent me a quote a couple of days ago, which I would love to share\u2026<\/p>\n

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. The message is to activate<\/em> yourself, do something, take action. Through these lines I show you the tip of the iceberg, but each one of us has its own mountain to climb, and your own sphere of reality to improve. You can start by participating in cyber actions and getting informed. In this article<\/a>, you can read about the weakly covered news about a bunch of Greenpeace Activists who, 4 days ago, blocked an oil drilling ship, hired by Shell, which was leaving Auckland, New Zealand, heading towards the Arctic; and through this cyber action<\/a>, you can demand Shell not to destroy the Arctic.<\/p>\n

And if you want to get informed, visit losverdes.org.ar<\/a> (the greens), a political ecologic f\u00f3rum<\/strong>, a movement which is beginning in Argentina, and our generation cannot overlook. It is a politic and social movement in construction, but it is one that includes Gaia in its agenda\u2026<\/p>\n

Going back to the initial quote, I would like to clarify that \u201cGod\u201d is no longer the archetypal guy<\/em> that observes and judges from outside. The whole universe is God<\/strong>, and what we manifest with our potential is the universe itself and the entire reality<\/em> that surrounds us. In a biography of the Scottish naturalist John Muir (1938-1914), there is a fine description of the concept of God from a natural point of view:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0\u201cGod for Muir was a deliberately loose and imprecise term referring to an active, creative force dwelling in, above, and around nature. Continuously animated by that divine force, every part of the natural world was in constant flux \u2013 the earth moving under foot, glaciers flowing down mountainsides, plants and animals evolving and spreading. Always the flux was purposeful. Always it moved toward beauty. Always and everywhere it was holy.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nature for Muir (\u2026) was the name given to that part of the world that we humans did not create, that we do not manage, and that can and will survive our extinction. Nature was seldom imagined as a world completely free of human presence or influence \u2013 even the phrase \u201cpristine nature\u201d was more relative than absolute. Nature, Muir believed, included humans just as any community includes all of its inhabitants. But he made this critical distinction: while we cannot live without the forces and creatures of the nonhuman world, they can live without us.
